Currently, there is a technical issue with the delivery of emails to Microsoft mailboxes. The following addresses are particularly affected:

  • @outlook.com/.de - @hotmail.com/.de - @live.com/.de - @msn.com...

  • as well as other country-specific Microsoft domains (e.g. @hotmail.fr, @outlook.it …).

Our messages (such as order confirmations or shipping information) may currently not be delivered reliably.

What can you do?

Please use an alternative email address if possible (e.g. Gmail, GMX, Web.de, T-Online, or similar) to make sure you receive all important information.
We are working together with our provider on a quick solution and will keep you updated.
